I highly recommend Sisters Set Apart Summer Day Camp which is taught by Tiffany Campione.  

My daughter Sloane attended a 6 week bible study that Tiffany taught this past spring, and to say it was a blessing...is an understatement. Tiffany truly inspired the girls and sparked a confidence in Sloane that I have not seen before.  I find Sloane wanting to read her Bible more often and she is asking more questions.  She has even started a weekly Bible study in our house for our neighborhood friends.  Sloane can hardly wait for the start of Sisters Set Apart.
